Don’t be one of those lame dudes that buy cheap plastic sawhorses because they have no other option.
Use this jig and a couple of good 2″x4″s to make your own sawhorses. They’re cheaper and better than anything you’ll buy at the Big Box Store. Hang it on a nail in the shop. Make as many sawhorses as you want. Make another if you need an extra one. Make more if your deadbeat neighbor just “borrowed” a couple.
The jig is self explanatory. It has every angle you’ll use. Slap the jig on a 2″x4″ and trace whichever angles you need. All you need is a pencil.
The length of every piece is embossed into the jig. Just tape the length as shown. All you need is a tape measure.
You know how to use a pencil. You know how to use a tape. This ain’t rocket science. Make a sawhorse that’s awesome and you’re another step on the path to being awesome.
Also, women think guys that make their own sawhorses from scratch are 23% sexier. It’s a scientific fact that I just made up.
